What Peer Review Includes
A peer review evaluation begins with our assessment of your case and the clinical or technical questions at hand. We then identify and engage a specialist whose credentials and experience match the specific standard of care or practice area in issue. The reviewer evaluates all materials you provide—medical records, prior expert reports, discovery, depositions—and produces a detailed written opinion addressing the medical merit of the plaintiff's claims or the defendant's position.
This is a consulting engagement. No testimony or public disclosure is required unless you later decide to retain the reviewer as a testifying expert.
When Peer Review Makes Sense
